heyhey! a friend brought it back to me from tokyo last year! and AMAZING!!! the texture was SOOOO smooth and creamy. i really wasn't expecting it at all. i hope you get to try one soon!!!
I din Tokyo banana and its awesome... Just one thing, if you really look at it, it does not have "pleasing" look. It looks like....well, I am sure you can see it by now... So I recommend other versions of it, without chocolate, its great too...

Maria Grazia Stoppello Im sure you could replicate it somewhat by blending milk and bananas together, straining through a fine cheese filter, or a very fine holed strainer to separate any banana pieces from the milk and then dissolving sugar in the milk until its sweet enough for you. Wont have the same flavor but would taste nice and fresh. :)
