Not a right time for this decision, you rather come after a delivery of your baby, as it will not be easy for you, as per current situation.

Yes! you can apply! According to the household income you may come under higher category and will get less amount!

Mam agr hum 2 month phle aye portugal delivery se to baby ko citizenship portugal ki milegi ya nhii
Baby will not get Citizenship and i advise you shouldn't come in this situation, as you will not have Residency or portuguese id or anything and you will suffer. Or you should back up with money, so that you can go to private hospitals.

Actually I live in Malta on student visa and right now I am pregnent and my 26 weeks are completed I wanted to come to Portugal for my delivery it's possible or not
As far as I know, without Portuguese ID, it will not be possible or will be lot more difficult. Even then you should ask to someone expert in the field.
