Dorian looked horrible just horrible in front double and front relaxed . Like last place . But his front lat , side tricep rear double and rear lat he still was top 2. Arnold in 1980 although looked decent in some shots he literally won with the smallest legs ever seen on an Ifbb stage . Like shocking level . He was under 220 pounds at 6’2 and his legs looked 18-19 inches
I love Dorian but he shouldnt have won a lot of his shows. I hate how much the IFBB plays favorites. Same with Arnold. Arnold didnt win a single mr Olympia fairly
10:55 to be fair its hard to make a "dominating" comeback when he was already on the downside after losing in 2011 and when your in the later parts of your career its hard to come back as good as you were, especially coming off of an injury

Apart from Dorian's backs, which were fantastic in fact, 1996 and 1997 are titles that are still highly contested today. Nasser, even though his backs weren't as good, the rest of his physique was far superior to Dorian's...
I think because Dorian was the shadow and had smashed the other competitions and was renown for his hard work and dedication not to lose and was miles a head of everyone else at that time. When he got that injury no one knew about it and a lot of people, big people had a lot of money on him to win the competition. That is the only way he could have won that competition in 97. He wasn’t even second. Am sure they give him a perfect score and his arm was basically f*cked. It was rigged. Not taking anything away from Dorian however. In his prime he was second only to Ronnie Coleman. It was Dorian’s injuries that let him down unfortunately.
I guess but it’s not the same division… to be fair relative to the division he didn’t look that bad and his genetics and the weight cap definitely helped him look better than if he was in open
@JakeUltimateFitness Fair enough, classic just looked like that in 17. Comparisons like these will probably be harder in the future as well as division switches will be much more common then before.
17:10 if you show this pic to someone who doesn't know about the 97 Olympia they'll give u the honest opinion about how bad Dorian was Nassar was clear off of him.
As much as I admire Jay Cutler, I think his physique from the early 2000s was better than his 2006-2007 Mr. Olympia wins. He consistently delivered stronger performances in second place finishes
I was in Chicago in '90 and Long Beach in '97. Both terrible decisions, but i think that a no arm, no leg Haney in '90 was the worst. Labrada or Ray should have won.
😆🤣😂 Your low IQ is showing sweetie Arnold retired early to make movies. Ronnie Coleman HIMSELF said that if Arnold had stayed another ten years WITHOUT retiring, he would've made them ALL look like little girls. Like you, a little girl
Merecida a vitória do Dorian.
Problema do Dorian em 1997 não era só os biceps e triceps , a barriga também tava enorme , tirando isso condição e dorsal de fato Dorian estava melhor mas da mesma forma muito contestável ...
i think most would agree that 97 dorian is the standout example of the worst version of a top performer
One of the biggest discrepancies between back and front.

It was really only the front double that he looked really bad in, all other poses were still good
Arnold numero 1 adesso sembrano tutti bambolotti imbottiti di steroidi
The 1997 Yates win over Nassar was the most ridiculous decision in the history of bodybuilding, and there have been some doozies over the years
@@paulpascoe663 We saw Nasser the day after the '97 Mr. O. at a photo shoot at Metrx Gym in Costa Mesa. 1 word: freak.

Man ronnie colman was so weird since 2002
😂 using 2016 Levrone is nuts. 2003 would have sufficed.
Yeah I was thinking 03 Olympia but I really wanted to nail it home

The later versions of victor Martinez are bad but the later versions of Nasser are horrible he has his body full of synthol look at the delts of 2002

Great Video!!
Great video! Keep it up!
Could you at least but some side by sides to compare too, some of us barely know these guys or remember what they look like at their best
Sure in the future I can definitely incorporate those in
@@JakeUltimateFitness cool, good video tho I can tell you know what your talking about from an Olimpia fan

Maser should have won 97 far better
Could flex wheelers 2017 classic physique attempt be counted as well?

Everyone was off in 2002 except for maybe günter
2002 probably in top 3 of worst mr O of all time
06 07 seasons were terrible too.

Yates will get alot of picks, but Arnold shouldnt have been anwhere near a competition with those 80s legs.

Flex wheeler looked tiny in 02
Big ramy
Em 2002 o Kevin Levroni foi roubado na maior cara limpa. E como as pernas do Arnoud em 1980 estavam horríveis de fina em comparação ao tronco.

Haney looked small and tiny in 90
@@bradhuskersYep. I was there. We were screaming when Haney got his gift.
