You can run basically the same gear and swap: defense for strength And spellbreaker for Berserker And now your a semi meta zerg dps for warrior. Very nice guide btw. Ty for the great content.
Just realized you got no legendary hammer and on an unrelated note that's what I love about gw2 Many people claim it's grindless due to the fixed tier system but they fail to acknowledge that legendary gear is an endless grind in itself - and i wish people stopped thinking that
well no one NEEDS legendary gear. The stats are the same as ascended which are far easier to get. Its all convenience. So players are not required to grind if they dont want to and still have the same specs as the grinders

i actually was making a tank herald but figured it wasnt the best because it lacks stability. You can use this build and put on the centaur relic for some stability guildjen.com/celestial-herald-roaming-build/ its very tanky but gotta be careful around cc
I have seen a couple of times a tank warrior running sword and board. He did absolutely no dmg, never managed to cc but also took nearly no damage. after his 4th charge into our random group people just ignored him
I run warhorn and mace but might swing to dagger instead of mace to dive and popfull counters, my build does no dmg but buffs my allies defense and speed so we don't get melted
Will this work with boosted celestial gear? I'm a new player which boosted an 80 warrior (spellbreaker) and greatly enjoying WvW which will be my main focus for the game.
Still works? I had a warrior toon on stand by for a long time and decided to learn how to play with him... I went straight to Bladesworn because gunsaber (FFVIII feelings here), but I rediscovered why I don't like the focus on DPS in that game. Thus, I'm almost giving up on Bladesworn because I want to play more in the tank position, with the need for damage mitigation and survivability. I wonder if this build works so well in WvW, can it also work in open world PVE?
the playstyle sure looks fun but you will have to hope your pugs arent total potatos since you do need people to take advantage of all the disruption you cause i like dagger shield more than GS on this

Ebobab yeah you could coll it grinding. I prefer to see it like putting the seed in pot and wottering it every day for 3-6 month;)))

@@toniz9133 agreed. it is a LOT less grindy to get ascended gear though than legendary and you can buy nearly all the materials off the TP.

its pretty good in both yes, since the gear is very similar to a dps build and only the traits make the big difference in the tankiness
I've been taking a break from WvW. Has the condimeta caught on ? I know some guilds were experimenting with it.
