If u keep melted dark compound for cooling, it literally hardens, so it's my advice to add a bit of whipping cream cream before u keep it to cool down.

I m your big fan .... I will give this recipe 100/100. The cake base was spongy n fluffy... Although I couldn't prepare for the cream as my son n husband didn't let me do this ... They started eating the cake after it got cooled down ;) best recipe :).. one more thing.. I made this cake with wheat flour and butter.. and tht was also amazing :)
