It seems that "sigh" can be either 叹息 or 叹气. And the measure word can be either 声 or 口. And it seems that the common construction 一...就... ("as soon as ... then ...") can be replaced by 一...立刻... 很有意思。谢谢老师。
Thanks a lot for your comments! Both 叹息 and 叹气 can be a verb or a noun (叹息 sounds more literary, while 叹气 is more often used in oral speaking). When they are noun, as you said both 声 or 口 are correct as measure word. In this context. Regarding the other sentence, as you commented both have a similar meaning, and you can express it as: ⼀看到苹果汁，⼩⽼头⽴刻⾼兴起来。 ⼀看到苹果汁，⼩⽼头就⾼兴起来。 Or even both 就 and 立刻 at the same time: ⼀看到苹果汁，⼩⽼头就⽴刻⾼兴起来。
