Switching to 5ghz did the trick for me however not a significant change, but still faster than it was. I have a fibre connection and download speeds on my mac which far more away from the router are insane compared to the ps4 pro.

I just switched my service provider over and I have one gigabyte Fiber Optic internet Wi-Fi it is insanely slower though via Wi-Fi than my old cable internet that I had hardwired
