- Today I tested the Osmumten's Fang at Zammy. The boss is slightly harder to melee compared to bandos since zammy has a special attack for magic or melee(opposite of what you have prayed I think) that can hit up to 46-49. This makes it a lot more risky than using 5:0 with the Twisted bow or Tumeken's Shadow. The dps from an arclight or fang can usually kill the boss fast enough that risking some kills on low hp isn't too bad.
Fang is currently bis compared to arclight by a few % points. Down below are some dps calculators i inputted to compare the weapons.

BIS melee with Arclight compared to Fang. This setup would be kinda difficult to use since damage taken would be pretty high and there's no tank gear for the mage minion. This is a good comparison for how the arclight has nearly the same dps compared to fang with melee str gear

How do you get large blue tiles under the NPCs?
How do you make it so you have to left click the melle minion but not the others ?
" Menu entry swapper" in runelite should have an option where you can shift/rightclick a mob and set them to walk through instead of attack

@momo flip he only uses his prayer smash special if you pray melee
Oh I didn’t know that’s good to know. I wonder how consistent mage pray is for damage taken compared to melee. It probably takes more damage but not getting specced out would make kills a lot easier

Whattt, I didn't know this. This is pretty helpful info ty. I was getting combo'd out learning 8:0 bowfa method. But I was keeping melee prayer up because I was paranoid while learning. Perhaps I would have been better off switching to range pray.
R u doing anything special to make the left click attack option smaller?
I haven’t changed the size of clicks or anything I just use the classic fixed client in runelite. I use runelite and toggle shift left click in menu entry swapper to walk under the boss.
When I hold shift I can’t left click attack the boss and to attack I just let go of shift and re click boss

Ya you didn’t pick up drops and you got shark drops multiple times a couple times that you just left there at the beginning

It was before fang nerf. Nerf was on October 31 I think and this video was made on October 18
Would an Ely be better?

It could possibly extend trips. I’m not sure if out dpsing the boss as fast as possible is better to not get hit by as many attacks or using an ely would be better since this boss has a chance to use its special attack
