My pc once was infected by ransomware. But I removed by paid antivirus. I Deleted encrypted files. Resintalled windows. Firewall on. 100% protection on. No more infection in my pc file now. But one thing to ask, does my pc still have access to hacker. I notice that my pc hardware still run even after shutdown. So is it effect of last attacked ransomware virus or any hardware issue there.
