If you actually get scared or have anxiety from a video game then seeing a predator or getting into a fight is gonna give you a heart attack. Just because we live in comfortable society’s now doesn’t mean you have to be weak. But everyone is gonna go through their struggles and hopefully they get over it.

So this is my 3rd season playing and this is the first season I’ve actually done “good” in ranked like a positive K/D 1.1 and I took last season as a get better season bc my first season I was OVBs absolutely Dog shit so I spammed T hunts and quick matches to just get my gun skill better and watch videos like these to get my understanding of the game up and I have like pretty bad anxiety irl and I’ll admit when I started hopping back into ranked I had like a sense of anxiety and wouldn’t play as aggressively but deadass literally just play more ranked by your 3rd game in a row it goes away and if your solo queuing if u wanna win u have to play aggressively if u wanna win so that be my advice to that guy once u do something more it becomes more routine making it no big deal eventually it’s also the only way your gonna get better like your not playing pro league or a tournament if u deep Rome or ash rush in and die so what worst thing that could happen is u lose and your teammates tells u u suck or u sold use that as motivation to get better eventually your gun skill will improve and you’ll win those ones and help your team like big mistakes I see with like gold and under players is they just play so scared in ranked your not gonna get better playing mute shotgun and sitting in a rat corner all day try to have fun play lose u don’t even need to like play roles and bring particular operators to win in like gold and under and imma just assume if your above gold u probably at least have some confidence in your own game play.

I 100% agree with 11:15 I hit a clip today with my mate , and it’s usually us two duoing in ranked and it’s fun , especially getting recognition doing something well ( my friend’s brother is top 500 ) and he coaches him play , well use to , however point is my friend is good , much much better than me
If i can say my 2 cents about the anxhiety for gunfights i think some are related to performance either they are scared of messing up the gunfight and such and/or there might be a toxic perfectionism connected that may induce some anxhiety over having to win litteraly (and i do mean LITTERALY) every gunfight and such cause it may feel like what people expect from them in game or sometimes a similar thing in a full stack too
