Is the only main difference between this and the 16 cup slice and dice machine simply how big the bowls are (9 cup versus 26 cup), lack of a peeling/julienne/french fry cutting abilities, and the lack of a timer on this one?

I like the pink color coding matching of the dicing kit, because both of my spindles are dark grey, and easy to confuse which one goes with dicing.
