Its better for him to have went home out of the bottom 3. The record company has a certain sound they want to maintain and will shove that down his throat and he will go nowhere. Idol season 4 with bo bice is the best example. He is a Southern rocker. They pushed him at pop. Wouldnt let him have an opinion on anything. Made him fire his own band hed been with for yrs for their guys. Theres a documentary on vh1 about it. Really sad to watch it. He could have been huge and they totally dropped the ball on his talent.
