@jenniferrayne1 yes ma'am we closed on july 17th cuzn😁, we slept on the floor in the house as soon as we got the keys, the ppl at Oakwood bought us a new 50inch smart TV, as a closing gift, and our loan officer came over with housewarming gifts, i thought that was so nice of them, We are soooooo happy to finally be in our home cuzn, we both cried and was happy to make us a palette on the floor😁....are you guys ok?, i pray that storm/tornado didn't do any damages for you guys
