I usally feel collar bone pain with incline db press on my right side which lags and gives out before my left upon reaching concentric failure my right side is lower and always clicks when I unshrug it up and back perhaps a stability or imbalance issue
Should the arch be kind of be little? I recorded myself doing this but my arch looked kind of excessive 😂, this maybe perhaps why it felt easier doing heavier weight when I did it 🤔

You don't have to turn the weight just make sure your elbows are tucked. There's too much information out there. Cb doesn't turn his weights. I don't either. I keep it the same as I would with a bar
