Commenter Ryan Vliegar is right: This guy should not be breaking roll pins. Judging from that, and how beat-up the tractor end of the ORC is, I would wager that his PTO shaft is too long. When coming out of a dip, the mower gets pushed up too high in relation to the tractor. The PTO shaft collapses as far as it can, but it isn’t enough, so it exerts extreme forward pressure on the ORC and shears the roll pin.

5:26 Get you a ringtone like the one I have for my stepson. It says, "An idiot is trying to reach you on your cellular device." Thanks for the video.

The splines should take all forces, the roll pin should only stop the clutch from falling off.
If you are breaking pins the most likely cause is your PTO shaft is too long.
Have a look ar the shaft length when you raise the hog

this video is titled wrong.. it should say "why to use, and HOW TO INSTALL AN OVERRUN CLUTCH".... because the content of the video has nothing to do with repairing the overrun clutch, but only shows how it attaches to the pto shaft of the tractor.... and because you are showing how to do this, I can tell you that if the roll pin that holds it on the pto shaft needs replacing, it indicates spline wear, OR, lack of grease on the implement drive shaft.... and its likely to break again sometime soon..

My orc has a zirc on one side and just a cap on the other, was that way when I bought the tractor.

Does your tractor have the small 1-1/8" PTO shaft and your clutch have the 1-3/8"? You shouldn't be breaking the roll pin.

What hp is your tractor? And do you have the right type shear bolt in driveshaft or slip clutch ?? This will save your ratchet and tractor trans or pto shaft.
