- All endings good and bad! Amanda the Adventurer full game! Having inherited their Aunt Kate’s house, Riley Park starts exploring what the reclusive woman left behind. In the attic, Riley is surprised to find a stack of VHS tapes next to an old TV set. The tapes are labeled simply by episode number with no other indication of their contents. Intrigued, Riley pops the first tape into the VCR.
To Riley’s surprise, it’s an early 2000’s era children’s cartoon they have never seen before. It appears to have been made locally and features a little girl named Amanda and her loyal yet shy best friend, Wooly the Sheep. While the episode appears charming and simple on the surface, an uneasiness starts to settle in as Riley realizes that Amanda and Wooly seem to be communicating directly through the television set. A gnawing feeling in the back of their mind presses them to stop, but Riley is compelled to continue watching the tapes. It’s almost as if Amanda needs something, and Riley becomes fascinated with finding out what that something may be.

Wooly is probably one of the reasons Amanda is suffering inside a cartoon.
I actually like how Amanda themselves aren't the demon, but something in the tapes is, and how she tries to avoid it escaping to attack the player, like when you don't want to help the kitten, she is desperate to have you say yes so she won't lose control, or like how she says "that's what I was afraid of... " when you say yes that everything rots. Pretty cool

To be fair (I've only seen abit of gameplay so be brief with me) it seems like their both victims, the difference is wooly is more organized and trying to at least educate children even if this is his life now, meanwhile Amanda is just losing it and can't handle it anymore

@@IridosGaming Something I oddly haven't seen *anyone* talk about is what happens to Wooly when Amanda has her breakdown about the lonely kitten. Go back and watch it and focus on Wooly while the world is changing, and you'll briefly see him turned into a faceless human.
This confirms that he's also a trapped soul in the show. Again I can't overstate how I find it crazy that I haven't seen anybody else talk about it!

@@joyc.e.7511 no, amanda has been in the show longer than wooly since amanda's actor is actually sam coltons daughter, Rebecca Colton. She was the first even person to go trapped in the game since Rebecca got trapped in the animated show before it came to a release.

Plus, the wood was still there after the player clicks on the right door. Unlike with Amanda where it goes back to normal after you click the right thing. (And she just makes things disappear. No wood needed)
Really far-fetched theory here, but I think Wooly is Sam; Amanda's real father. That's why he knows how to act so closely to Wooly despite potentially being a real person who knows that this is a TV show and stay in-character, but also offers real adult worries like telling Amanda to be careful with the knife. That's also partially why he's so concerned over her wellbeing. While her happiness might be connected to the Entity's control over her, it also could just be that he genuinely wants her daughter to be as happy as they can possibly be in their situation. Also, the only time when the idea of father is mentioned, it's in the episode so closely connected to Wooly, with the whole sheep thing. And the moment Wooly's gone, Amanda becomes extremely sad and lonely and depressed; just like her real world counterpart after her father goes missing.
I actually think so as well! And I think Amanda is his daughter who got trapped inside the game and he is trying to help her get back out 😭😭

I have a theory about Amanda’s behavior. We know that there could be a demon and she try’s to keep it at bay by wanting you to answer right. The demon could be messing with the tapes to ensure that the player gets it wrong and so would make her mad until she release’s the demon
This would also explain why she was so fine with murdering woolly in one part but so keen on staying away from the butcher in one part cause that’s where she gets control of herself again and it would also explain why she was wondering why those events were happening 😅

I got a small theory about our favorite little sheep...
I think... He is actually "Balam". Given that Rebecca, Amanda's voice actor. Was told to say demons names on her script "Bye-ya" Bael, "Pie-man" Paimon, and "Baa Lamb" Balam.
From what we know (next to nothing about Wooly). He is sentient. And Amanda is clearly a trapped soul. However, if he IS the demon Balam. Then something the company did stole his powers away and locked him in torment as Amanda's "friend".
Either he is one of the demons that were summoned when Rebecca said their names. Or he is a victim of the demon that I think is piloting Rebecca's physical body.
... Yes, the only bit of info that makes this theory possible is Rebecca mispronouncing Balam as Baa Lamb. And I for one am on the edge of my seat, waiting to see if we learn more or Wooly as time goes on

I feel like wooly wont be a villain like everyone thinks he will tbh, to me it just seems like hes trying to make sure that nobody gets hurt by trying to subtly change how the player answers to not anger amanda all while trying to keep himself and amanda safe at the same time, its a shame that he was killed in one of the tapes and I hope he comes back okay like he kept doing
I have no idea who started the "Wooly is evil" theory, but I don't buy it. For now, all that he's doing is looking out for Amanda's well-being and the protagonist's safety.
Yeah like I think he is actually looking out for Amanda and trying to not upset her and make sure she is ok!
My theory: wooly isn't exactly bad but he's not exactly good, in the credits there's something that said containment specialist as in there's someone within the show that contains the demon, that would mean someone would need to be there and the only other person there is wooly, if the children that get taken become props then that means the actual characters had to be hameln made. Wooly has been working for hameln but even though he sees what their doing he still doesn't do anything to try and stop more harm. Like a sheepish sheep.

He also tries to warn the player of things and durring the rotting episode he insists even after being scared by amanda that the player/watcher doesn’t need to participate
He just seems to genuinely care it could just be a cover up and tbh if it is I would love that as a surprise that he’s apart of it
