Jean Baker-Haynes Thank you so much. It's really nice to get feedback on my videos and I'm glad you find them easy to follow. Also I'm glad you like the patterns ☺
Thanks for the tutorial. Am I missing something, or can't you just make the larks head knot around the clasp end split ring before stringing the beads?
Really love your videos on making knotted & beaded bracelets! I’m really learning a lot from you & your videos! I would love to know what kind of cord are you using in this video! You always have such lovely cording & colors! Can’t find it in shops around where I live. Do you order yours? If you do could you tell where you order them from? Macrame cords suitable for jewelry are just not available in shops in East Tennessee & I like to see & feel the cords before I buy them. What type of cording do you like working with the best
Thank you, it's really kind of you to say. I'm glad my videos help you 😊 I use a variety of different cords and threads for my jewellery making. But the ones used in this tutorial were 1mm nylon cords. I also don't have a lot to choose from where I live. There is one shop that has some cords but very limited colour choices and quite expensive compared to what you can get online. If I want a better choice I have to go to another town 40 miles away which I don't have time to do very often! So I generally buy on ebay or amazon. This is an example of the cords used in this video: rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.co.uk%2Fulk%2Fitm%2F351753389228 I like the bright colours available in nylon cords and usually go for 1mm although you can buy other thicknesses. I find 1mm thick enough that it doesn't take forever to make the bracelet (or necklace etc) but not so thick that you can't do detailed creations, if you see what I mean? I also really like satin rattail cord. This is also nylon but with a silk effect look to it and generally comes in very bright colours. In fact because it is silk effect, even the black cords seem bright! I hope I could help, sorry if this answer got a bit long!! 😁
I always enjoy your videos. Very explicit in detail and easy to understand. Most of all I love your designs.

Nancy Treto Thank you, I'm glad you liked it 🙂

Why you have to add the split ring before you have made the bracket ? X
