Thank you so much for posting this video!!! I've seen TOTO 3 times over the years. I did see them 1 time with Bobbie before he went off the deep end. But I love what Joey has brought to the table!!!! He has totally honored the TOTO legacy and helped keep it alive!!! And Steve is just a beast!!!!! I have seen him live with numerous side projects and he always delivers!!!! One of the best in my humble opinion!!!!!
I saw them last Friday night in Norfolk Virginia right before this show and this band is on fire. This lineup rules! Great setlist too! They give Journey a run for their money! Toto and Journey go great together! Thanks for filming this! It rules!
Luke Is my fav! I would love to go see this band just for him! But I really like that ballad called "u know I won't hold u back" and I see they didn't play it. 😢. I really got into this band back in 2018.
Kind of an odd choice to open with Girl Goodbye. The typical person who goes to a Journey concert has never even heard it. Nor have they heard Home of the Brave or Dying on My Feet. Wonder why they changed the setlist so much for this show? Usually they play Make Believe, Pamela, and Stop Loving You. Joe needs to get rid of that coat.
Toto likes to change up their setlist a lot. They typically when touring with Journey would play some stuff they barely play on top of hits. They save Pamela, Stop Loving You & that stuff for solo stuff when there’s more set space. Girl Goodbye is a good opener - it’s hard rocking and fast. And opener song doesn’t really matter anyway for Toto as people are filing in their seats. Good points though. But if you want a good setlist. Go see their solo shows they do 20 songs.
@@WildTaper That's not true. If you look at the setlists of all of the other shows before and after this show, they play the normal setlist, which includes the ones I listed. Perhaps Joe was having a voice issue that day. And I have seen them solo many times. I wouldn't bother to see them play as an opener.
Real TOTO: David Paich (medically retired from touring), Jeff Porcaro (deceased), David Hungate (retired), Bobby Kimball (medically retired), Mike Porcaro (deceased), Steve Porcaro (retired from touring), Simon Phillips (left TOTO to focus on producing and jazz side project).
Curent TOTO: Steve Lukather (continuous since 1977), Joseph Williams (first joined in 1986), Warren Ham (first album contribution 1986), Greg Phillenganes (first joined in 2003), Shannon Forrest (first joined 2014), John Pierce and Steve Maggiora (since 2020). Average time in the band of all current members (not counting Luke): 7 years.
All of the main members from the first 5 albums except Luke are either dead or retired. "Real TOTO" will live on in the albums and in the Montreux and Amsterdam blurays. Current "kick-arse" will leave 99% of the fans begging for more!
This is proby one of my favorite top 10 professional musician groups since their conception. Thank so Much for this!
If Luke is playing on stage, Toto is still around alive and kicking!
Thanks for sharing this concert.🎶🎤
Thanks for sharing! Absolutely love Toto. ❤
Saw Toto with Journey in March, in Vegas. Was really impressed with Toto!

give them credit for trying but this is just too far from the sound and spirit of the original band.
Correct!
