I love this set of rulers. I’m using it on my longarm so I had to start at the bottom. I had to baste the entire quilt first to start at the bottom.
I was lucky enough to find these at my LQS and got them. Thank you for the great video. I'm going to practice and use these on a baby quilt.

I have a sit down long arm and i have been practicing with the baptist fan rulers they are a lot of fun. I want to use these rulers to quilt a full size quilt. How do you keep them lined up from one row to the other ? I got my tops of the fans off a bit.

I have a Bernina Q16 Plus. I've been quilting with it for 10 months. (Love it!) I've always started quilting my quilt sandwich from the middle to work outwards to ensure no puckers. It looks as though this ruler/design should start at the bottom of the quilt. Logic tells me I should baste stitch my quilt sandwich from the middle outwards and then start the ruler work from the bottom. I am currently pin basting without stitch basting and have had good results. Am I on the right track? Any other suggestions? Or am I overthinking?
You make it look so easy but I’m struggling with ruler slippage on a larger quilt. Any tips to avoid that??
I just received these so haven't had a chance to use them yet. When I had ruler slippage I used some double stick poster mounts. They're tacky on fabric but thicker than double sided tape so easier to remove.
I see that you start from the bottom of the piece. What do you do if you have your quilt loaded on a long arm?
You could mount the quilt update down and work down, but what I think would be easiest with this particular set of templates would be to baste to the bottom and then work up. This is because of the angle you hold the ruler when making the design.
Can your rulers be used on a domestic machine with a ruler foot. I have an BERNINA Artista 200.

Yes, but I'd recommend basting to the bottom of the quilt and then working back up.
Will these rulers work on my Bernina 570
With a #72 foot - yes!
To quilt a large quilt, would you begin at the bottom as you have in this video?
Yes, and if you were quitting on a frame you'd want to baste the quilt all the way down, and then quilt up.
