Basically he’s implying that you do nothing like the knights of favonius because the knights of favonius have too many rules and can’t act in time. Which is one of the reasons he looks down on them. I thought it was funny when I figured it out.

Either way he's not coming back anytime soon but I feel like he's a shady person. Albedo wants Jean to take Varkas's place, and other characters don't speak highly of him either.

(majority of the people keep calling him "lazy" when in fact he is a Captain that knows how to delegate). Unlike Jean, she will do everything, when i mean everything-- EVERYTHING. Even meniacal tasks... thats why the Mondstandt people relies on her so much, because she'll do anything.. which is kinda sad, it's pushing her more and more. Hence Kaeya.. and Lisa are supporting her. But knowing Lisa's character profiles.. she refuses workload since she hates big responsibilities (it's on her Character stort 5 i think)
man i wish Jean has some sort of shooting beam out of her sword for the sake of Genshin Saber joke also from gameplay side too currently one of the greatest fighter in mondstadt somehow Mihoyo think she should be designed for support than offense.
If you think about it. Monstadt is a nation run by the military and Jean is the dictator (dictatress?) and she can be charged with using child soldiers (Klee)
