Seems like you are out of the loop. This game was bought by Little Orbit last year who are now focusing on bringing the game over to Unreal Engine 4 and possibly relaunch it.
@@Ozzianman I didn't know about that. That's really good news actually. I played APB: Reloaded a ton back in 2012, but I stopped playing after that and never really went back to it. If they breath some new life into it, I'll definitely go back to it.

Am reminded of how the vigilantes' pepper spray guns exploded around me, a good 3ft from me I'd say, and still pacify me. Pay to win guns out performing me even as I get the drop on them from behind. Oh, and vigilante having the feature to keep you out of the game with a arrest, effectively getting a spawn control while criminals have no such feature of their own. ... Our character's looked so damn good though.

If you wanted to try the game, I'd honestly wait until the engine update is finished.
I recently came back to play apb, and i regret it... I feel sad because one of the games that made me super happy playing solo or with friends its dying, and everyone is quitting even youtubers that used to make videos, Is super under rated, and its an unique game.

Thanks dude, all guns are hitscan yes. Just so you know though, I would probably wait until the engine update comes out. Since there are problems with the game at the moment and it's a bit dead, at least on the NA servers. People are generally waiting for that to come out which will hopefully fix a lot of underlying quality of life problems.

@@Thejeanio yep, the new company want to push the engine update out first, then work on the cash shop to be less expensive and p2w as well as improving the new player experience as both of those things are really awful right now.

A completely new dev team under the company Little Orbit bought the game and they have already made changes. Engine is coming in a month I believe
