  • My Omega Juice Extractor Model #8004 was working great and then it started to leak. I called the Manufacturer and he said just take it apart and fix it, so I did and this is what I found.
Be sure to unplug! the Juicer and work safely. Just in case when you open up your juicer and find it is broken beyond repair I have included a link for the new replacement model Omega Juicer.
Click - amzn.to/3lDLa10 to check out the latest compatible model Omega J8006HDS, cheers.

Looks like a real nice induction motor. Quiet & powerful. It looks like it's easy to open the gearbox & add more grease too by undoing these 5 screws around the teardrop shaped box at 4:45 . Tq for great vid!

Donald, I could not see clearly on your video, but does the motor has a built in cooling fan? Which will be a very good thing to curb overheating if used for a long period of time. Thanks.

I passed on this company due to seeing so many articles with this same problem and also the motor eventually making noise. They seem like good juicers but either quality control or design seem to be on the shy side. Great vid for those having that particular problem. Probably helped alot of ppl.

Do you know how to open up the motor itself too? Mine is making a REALLY loud noise when it runs, and I think somehow some juice got into the motor itself. I want to take the motor itself apart and check but I don't want to ruin the juicer (the warranty has expired).

Hey, are machine which is probably a year or two newer is making a sound like the motor needs lubrication. Can't find anything online about how to do that. Did you see a good place to drop a little oil?

Don, I can't get the auger out of my machine. The lock cap looks lined up correctly but I can't release the the plastic feeder and the auger so I can't take the machine apart like you did. Any ideas?

@@carolecornelius9032 I held on to the ring on the machine and clicked on the machine for a split second and it released the auger
