Awesome guide, I particularly enjoyed the gear slot breakdown and crafting section. Thank you for the effort you put into these videos. The best to you, yours, the kitties and the folks in the comments.
Coming from someone who has exclusively played RF since ive only played 2-3 leagues, i thought i would never find another fun build i could understand and enjoy. Your video, guide and build was exactly what i was needing. Awesome job. Helped save my season. Looking forward to trying and push this build further!
First off excellent guide.. trying to navigate through the 80s with it is interesting to keep the accuracy up while not being completely ZHP. and getting into the chaos will be a chore i think but after spend all today building the build its a lot of fun.. looking forward to swapping to crit when i get into t17s
On the helm craft, you could also look for a high life roll with an open suffix, and that would give you the option craft a res as well. Since crafted res is max 35%. Just gives you more chances to hit in fewer essences as you craft.
You could drop cull and grab the 8% base crit and go crit. Also if you're playing trade you could get a pair of champion ff/ff to boost aura effect or the Slayer cull/crit or you could go dual wield and grab the base block chance from glad Also the crit tincture gives you like 200+ crit chance
I did look at slayer jewels but they are crazy expensive. I will probably figure something out if I feel I need more damage, but I do not do Uber bosses or super juiced deli maps so not sure for me it is worth it. To get the most out of it though you would want to go crit
@@FuzzyDuckzy ya.. the thrusting swords aren't bad base crit or you could also go elemental pen crit chance paradoxica since you're aura stacking basically. Maybe add ice bite gem for cold flat per frenzy. Looks pretty solid as is
I'm not sure how to level progress this build, but I'll try it out anyway since I already have another league starter. Haven't played a melee build ever, so it'll be fun ^^
We need a build update from here this is a great guide, I hv 30d sitting want something more thanks than my ice nova build, also what do you think about dori proto? Is that version more expensive/more or less damage? And is it worth it to invest into crit later?
Doryanis is good but I'm too lazy to work around the downsides as any lightning dot insta kills you unless you can convert all the damage. Crit would be better probably use a crit tincture. I'm doing a zero to hero at the minute first video should be out soon. Gonna try 2 handed rakiatas dance
How do I level this build? I’m on pseudo SSF (console) and I have no idea what order to take the passives, I guess two hand swords until maps then respec.
do you believe this build works for other strike skills too? With only necessary changes to support gems and passive trees? I felt the damage scaling is fairly universal.
I wouldn't build other skills like this unless they were lightning based skills. You could technically swap out the skill gem for something else and it would work but there would be much better ways to build it
Yes it would work but you would need a curse on hit ring to make up for the loss of ele weakness implicit and you would probably need to find extra accuracy. I think because of the rune crafts rares are just a better option overall though
I am not sure it would do that much on it's own as the build lacks block chance. I have not really played around with the shield though so have no idea. I think the build is tanky enough for softcore I would think damage is probably where the build needs a bit of help
NEver tried it as not a fan of all the clicking to pick up rewards for legion but for a melee skill it has very good coverage. I would still think ranged builds would be better. I will give it a go once I have farmed a bit more currency
Yeah Yoke would be decent but the build is pretty much pure lightning damage so you would need to get some other damage into the jewellery and sword which would make it a bit more expensive, but with better gear yes Yoke would be pretty good

Thanks so much I am glad you enjoyed the build
"best i can do is 2 divines. take it or leave it"
thanks for content dude.

Thanks! Just league started this looks like a great :)

Yeah you are right I think Life is better here
@@FuzzyDuckzy I think either is reasonable on a budget, but if I was trying to craft a better item, I'd definitely be looking for Life over a res.
This is awesome, i actually asked for this in the other video...maybe i can reach 15d by leagues end and try it out lol
Thinking about add rage on hit to leapslam and add berserk into automation

Smite is my FAV skill,

If you're have currency just chuck some decent levelling uniques on and follow the tree as it is. It should.be fine

You can do two handed swords for quite a while. There is a zero to hero series which are the most recent videos which have levelling trees

Hey guys you can also do this on a Trickster and basically sit in all dmg
Hey i have a quick question. I have a paradoxica with ele pen. Will it be good on this build?
Yes it would work but you would need a curse on hit ring to make up for the loss of ele weakness implicit and you would probably need to find extra accuracy. I think because of the rune crafts rares are just a better option overall though
can we do this with the new Svalin shield for more tanky?
I am not sure it would do that much on it's own as the build lacks block chance. I have not really played around with the shield though so have no idea. I think the build is tanky enough for softcore I would think damage is probably where the build needs a bit of help
Yes but can it do eternal legion strat
