To everyone that see’s this video. I’ve been doing Connor’s exercises for 2 years now and it would bring temporary relief. After watching this video and starting from the foot and tibia and working up rather than from the diaphragm and hips down. I absolutely unlocked my body and now those other exercises are able to stick. Not saying this is for everyone but it absolutely worked for me. Hope this helps someone.

Buy his beginner Body restoration program, great value for what you get. Those movements are in his program. Also, look up each movement on his TH-cam channel. Search from a laptop which allows you to search within his channel.
I wish you'd work more on being concise. Myself and most others want the corrective exercises that you offer without soooo much talk around the exercise. You touch on issues that I need to work on. But almost every single time I click one of your videos I become irritated and don't follow along. it is very frustrating!
Sounds like a ‘you’ problem. Conner gives great in-depth and detailed info-if it is too much for you then find a more basic channel to watch. Throwing out a bunch of generic exercises without explanation kind of defeats the whole purpose 😊
