Hello friend, was just looking in midjourneys terms of service and it seems that they have removed any mention of blockchain technology. Have you gotten any new info on this.? thanks in advance.
So to make a collection of 10k would you just keep making variations in midjourney or could you imbedded this in some code to make the 10k

It looks like your just crop out the features and then put them into a generator
You need the metadata as well.
No image generator can give you that.
Is there a private version available?
Does Midjourney copyright the art, if you use there's as an nft. 🤔
I'm certainly not an attorney - but no - it would be difficult to imagine how the software one would use - to generate a piece of art - would own the copyright to that art (again - not an attorney - but it would not only defeat the purpose of AI generated "anything" (text, chat, art, images, etc) - it would also be analogous to Photoshop - or Figma - or Canva - owning the rights to what you create with their software. (and of course, there are tons of midjourney collections available for sale right now - i've heard of no case where there is a dispute with Midjourney themselves - but I can imagine, copying someone else's art on MJ (e.g. - taking someone else's AI generated image and using it) might be where the legal challenges, if any - arise) The short answer? I'm not an attorney :) Thanks for watching!

In theory, but this includes your upscales and variations. Realistically you're going to be looking at 10 good images or less for your collection.
so people are buying art they can make themselves by simply using midjourney lol
the art - offers access - to experiences - which are available, to folks who purchase the NFT's - made by midjourney. If you watch the video - instead of trying to be contrarian - or clever - nowhere do I mention selling art - as NFT's made on midjourney as singular value propositions. This video - by the way - is 6 months or so old - and since then - the amount of people who are using this exact approach - with the exact NFT gating mechanism I'm using here (not mine - i'm just a dude using the software) - but folks are turning midjourney NFT's into thriving communities - using this model - with tons of success (free mints - and gated/restricted communities using NFT's you have to buy to get access to - whether they were created on midjourney - or created by your 4 year old kid in kindgarten art class - makes not an iota of difference) Good luck - keep crushing it.
