- Yo whats up everyone, today we install the NSX R Momo Wheel Plus the Works Bell RapFix II Quick release. This is the first time for me installing a aftermarket wheel with quick release so please excuse the lack of knowledge in some areas of the video. Anyway please enjoy and have a great day!

love it , fantastic job!
Thank you 😁
Very clear video. Thanks. Already have a flip up style in my NA1 which is convenient to get in and out from a full bucket plus it keeps the wheel on the car and not hanging somewhere or lying on the seat. Added a Honda horn button when the Momo faded and I noticed like you that the steering wheel hold on bolts were rather short so purchased longer ones.
Hi Wayne, thank you i am glad you enjoyed the video. Yes my friend has one of the flip up types. It's pretty cool. I did consider it but went this direction. Haha glad it wasn't just me that noticed the short screws 😅😅
@@datgarageyo I'm an engineer, Tool and Die Maker and there weren't enough threads in aluminum holding on something that I consider real important when thrashing around Suzuka at 8,000rpm in 4th. Enjoy the nice looking wheel.
@@waynemillis4418 100% I would love to do a track day there. Thank you, Enjoy your day :)
I like what you are doing with your amazing NSX. The NSX was my dream car since I saw one in person many years ago. Had money down on a corvette when I saw one in my neighborhood. Went to the man's home and he took me for a ride in his 1990 NSX. It was very clean and low mileage. I cancelled the vett and found a 1996 NSX-T. After a few years I added a Comptech supercharger, intake and full exhaust. That really gave it some pop. Two weeks ago, I felt it would be nice to get a "new" car. So, I found a 2018 Lotus 400. This car is what Honda should have built instead of their new NSX :-) I've orders a cold air intake and decat exhaust. It will take a while before I'm the driver this car deserves, but that's the fun in it, isn't it? Cheers from Florida, USA.
Thank you 😊 I appreciate it. Yeah same with me man definitely an awesome dream car. It's good you got to live out the dream and own one. I would love to ride in a supercharged nsx . Not sure which way to go in terms of boost or na build haha.
Wow I love the lotus 400. Such a neat car. Would be a weapon on the track. Haha I feel the same about the nsx. Have a Merry Christmas mate and a happy new year 🙂
You can also get the momo tuner which is basicaly the same, fraction of the cost. I did the flush horn mount which looks cleaner. Dope video
Stock steering looks 1000 times better👍👍👍
Eh, everyone has their own taste 👍
thanks for this video man. 🙂
Thank you for Enjoying it 🙂
Could you put the links in on where you picked up all the items for the kit?
Sorry I didn't get them from a website. They were from Japan through a agency
I was wondering about that ring piece when you go to connect your horn. Did you have to buy it separately or did it come with the quick release kit?
Sorry for the late reply. are you talking about the ring piece that goes on top over the horn button?
@@datgarageyo no its all good! i found out it comes with the grounding brackets with my settup. thanks tho man!
