This actually reminds me of albums like "Ogden's Nut Gone Flake" by Small Faces and anything by the band 'Love' - especially their first album: "Changes". This is great stuff.
"Forever Changes" was Love's third album, after their s/t debut "Love" and sophomore "Da Capo" both in 1966, both of which are great, as are the first couple albums that followed Forever Changes.

No, Kiss has released a couple songs from the Wicked Lester sessions on the box set. "She" & "Love her all I can" off the top of my head. Royalties don't really apply because Gene & Paul wrote the brunt of Wicked Lester's original material.

I'm kinda partial to The Gospel According to Spinal Tap which reminds me of Aqualung by Jethro Tull. It was their first attempt at prog rock.
