When egg looks at a word, says the correct thing, and then goes "I'll come back to it" only to come back and put something wildly wrong in, my blood pressure triples and thirds very rapidly.
Chat was losing their mind at "sinkink feeling" for at least 10 minutes straight when this happened
Chat suggesting that "Guess: abbr." has something to do with the abbreviated word on the Guess brand logo is hilarious.

I enjoy shouting the answer at NL and feeling real smart when it takes him a while to get it but then I get depressed when it turns out I had the wrong answer

NL has the weirdest blind spots sometimes. There's some clues that he gets from the ether and some that are super easy that he just misses

He has such a knowledge of words but has to consider the word hint 2 times, still better than me
Its perfect content, its showing that everybodys thought process is different. Its nice feeling smarter because i knew the word ecosystem long before him, and then have no clue for probably 85% of the words. But damn if those 15% dont make me feel smarter

It's about two men engaging in a variety of conversations while waiting for the titular Godot, who never actually arrives. The play was so absurd that it was actually banned in some places, as legislators thought it would drive people insane.

The clue makes sense, the definition of the word just isn't well known.

Noodle Around makes sense as the title of the first puzzle because noodle is slang for a head or brain, and H E A D surrounds (is "around") every themed answer.

I died a bit inside at "Fails during a crucial moment" being answered as "choked". The verb tense and perspective will always agree between the clue and answer.
I've been doing the crosswords on my own (ahead of NL's uploads) and then see this mad lad finish the puzzle in 4 times the speed that I take AND also without googling, it's really fun to watch! keep the crosswords content coming!

Ngl, the At Ease, Hint, Est and See To moment made me a little mad :D I've binged all the crosswords you did so far and I don't tend to backseat game but knowing like 5 things at once that you're tripping on can challenge that state of mind :D That being said, it's very enjoyable and insightful to watch you delete these puzzles. Learning a lot here. As an ESL speaker (after for 2 decades, the term probably doesn't even apply anymore, I guess), there are words that I just do not know and would've never learned without these. Only learned about you through OTK Schooled and then your appearance on Ludwig's stream. Been hooked since. Subbed!
You need to pay closer attention to the tense of the clue. "Fails at a crucial moment" suggests it is present tense and thus "Chokes" instead of "Choked". Also, plural clues likely ending in S might help find the clue going down.
I also do these crossword puzzles, and its really fun watching someone else's thought process
I saw the "ci' in apple product and laughed for no reason. I spent 5 minutes traversing every single Apple product, and when I understood it was cider I lost it.

This is also the site I've gone to for crosswords before, aha. After watching a few of these, it's super interesting to me how the words I get stumped on and the ones Ryan struggles with are consistently opposite. Funny how minds work.
Companies used to call themselves ACME to get at the top of alphabetized phone books. So the first thing you see is "Acme plumbing" or "Acme paint and tile" aka tip top.

This is solid content, love it.
A verb is always in the same tense and conjugation as the clue. So "take care of" has to be "see to", not "saw to". It would say "takes care of" if the answer was "sees to"
"Acme" being used in the context of calling something the biggest version of something is a very old-fashioned thing. The place I recognize it from is that one line spoken by George Clooney in Oh Brother Where Art Thou?

It is so funny, my mother tounge is german and I have a good understanding of the english language but not the vocabulary for this kind of crosswords. But I always get the ones NL misses, everytime just the ones he doesn't know. The rest of the time, I don't have a clue 😂

Can someone explain the crossword theme of the second one to me?
Theme: Going through the emotions. 2-down, letters 3-6: LOVE. 4-down, letters 6-10: SHAME. 8-down, letters 10-13: FEAR. Then 10-down is SINKING FEELINGS. Feelings is obvious but how would sinking fit? My guess is if you look at the 2, 4, and 8-down, the positions of the 'feelings' words start closer to the top of the puzzle and then go lower as you go left-to-right.

NL you still have a bad habit of only reading across hints or down hints and not paying attention to the other hint. Some of the hints im sure you could solve easily but you get so tunnel visioned that you only look at one of the hints and not the other. Otherwise POG
