I tried this remedy and I m here to share my results...After applying this flaxseed gel as shown and leaving it for about an hour and washing my hair with a mild shampoo I got shiny hair for sure though it did not help me with the frizz in the 1st wash I will surely try this mask again as it is super nourishing for the hair...Do give it a try who wants to to hair shiny hair.

Hey! Talking out of my personal experience. I had a bad experience when I used flaxseed without oil. My hair was all tangled and puffy. Then I did the same thing but I applied olive oil to my hair first then apply the gel. It was better result but My hair had too much puffy in it till I straighten them out. After that my hair looked beautiful.

You can grind the same seeds again for the second application. Do refrigerate

Make a paste by blending it in the mixer, apply with caurd on body,face . Worls as a scrub ❤️

Hey! Talking out of my personal experience.
I had a bad experience when I used flaxseed without oil. My hair was all tangled and puffy.
Then I did the same thing but I applied olive oil to my hair first then apply the gel. It was better result but My hair had too much puffy in it till I straighten them out. After that my hair looked beautiful.
