INGREDIENTS
-2pcs chopped onions
-8cloves chopped garlic
-sliced ginger about the size of three thumbs
-700g pork belly sliced into cubes
-1/2tsp salt and ground black pepper
-3Tbsp fish sauce
-water enough to submerge the meat
-10Tbsp vinegar (1/2Cup + 2Tbsp)
-1/2tsp whole peppercorn
-1pc sliced large milkfish
-green chili peppers
-sliced 3pcs eggplants

JUNK FOOD/SNACKS ... animal fat meat and heavy use of salt.... Like the use of liempo... too much fat in it.. one can trim at least half of the fat on the meat.. the top half including the skin....
