Humble is a rare characteristic today. I hope she maintains that throughout her life and she will find her way out of the shit that she is currently taking part in. Her current path is hard, horribly unsafe, and morally corrupt, but she can get out and you can tell she has all the ability to do whatever she wants and I hope she finds the path to safety and difficult life. She says he cares, but the only thing he wants is the money and when that stops she will be beaten. She’s not even given the money SHE earns!

If diabetes is not treated properly, it can affect every other organ in the body. It can lead to blindness and amputation of limbs, specially the feet due to poor circulation.
Diabetes is also one of the most expensive diseases to have. 1 insulin pen is around $100, my 10 year old goes through 2-3 a month. Not to mention the cost of all the testing supplies. I hope she has some kind of insurance.

I hear this all the time but you don't have to have childhood trauma to end up in this situation. Adult trauma is just as damaging. It can take one bad relationship/life event. There's a lot of contradictions coming from her which shows a high level of cognitive dissonance, deep down she seems really unhappy and traumatized from her experiences as a sex worker. A pimp doesn’t own anyone else’s body but his/her very own, but still thinks they’re entitled to money that wasn’t earned by them. A pimp doesn’t work for the money but they convince & collect money owed to others that isn’t theirs. Pimps don’t work for their money, they just manipulate others into thinking they do. Is it in the bank account, is it in money orders with your name on it that only you can cash out. Is it on a prepaid debit card that only you have the pin to. And if it is on the debit card, that card need to be locked away someplace where it’s not easy for you to touch and can’t nobody else touch; that he can put money on that card remotely. @@JamieReynolds89 if I give myself the proper amount of insulin I am usually around 140- 160 2hrs after eating but I have a hard time dosing myself properly because I am petrified of going low. My a1c usually runs around 6.5 with 75% time in range. If you are able to get her on a pump or at least CGM I would highly recommend it. The CGM helps give me piece of mind even when I am riddled with anxiety. I also eat high carb diet most of the time. When I did low carb I rarely went over 180 ever and had an a1c of 6.2. Diabetes is such a journey with lots of ups and downs and I wish you the best on her journey ❤️, I can only imagine how hard it is to manage a little one with this disease.

The main thing I get from girls who work the streets is no matter how the frame it they are still looking for structure in a chaotic environment. She has a pimp who she gives her money to supposedly he is saving the money on her behalf. The pimp is playing the role of a father figure and her giving him money is the illusion of structure. This is making her feel like she has purpose to what she is doing. They all find some way to justify it.

Like Butter and Essence that DIED. They too were laughing and chit chatting and now theyre gone. the point is to show yall how dangerous this lifestyle is and these women are doing this to themselves because they want easy money and are willing to risk their lives, their children's well being (if theyre the caretaker or pregnant while doing this). I can understand an addict being caught up in this lifestyle who otherwise wouldnt if they werent sick but other than that ther eis NOTHING great or joyful or amazing about these girls. they're just waiting to be another stat of murdered, broken, mentally abused etc. and it's THEIR choice so nothing smart, intelligent or positive about these women. dont relate to them or even worse look up to them. that's not what Mark is trying to teach you by showing you these women

Very true, and it’s also very painful and damaging. I was abused in all the ways they usually list, but the emotional abuse and dysfunction usually felt the worst. The physical types, you learn to disassociate. Harsh words and assessments are harder to ignore, especially when they come from people you love. Yet, emotional abuse is so unrecognized. When I was a kid, I didn’t know that was a valid concern at all, so even when CPS investigated or I was sent to treatment and rehabilitation programs (for not going to school and “running away”, which I never had to do…no one, once, looked or tried to stop me) I wasn’t able to address that part at all. No one asked, either. I hope kids are getting more education and support about this, today.

I am a western european white chick in a country with hardly any black people. so i wouldn't know the answer to this question... but so many of these prostitutes say they don't go with black guys cause they rape, steal, abduct, get physically violent. what is going on here? can anybody explain? I used to have a half jamaican friend and she said there's a lot of violence in the black community. she said it's cause during slavery there was so much violence against black people and that that has in a way institutionalised violence in that community... does anybody else have any thoughts on this topic? thank you!

I hope she sees her "pimp" as the slime he is, an actor as they all are to get your money. Get away and start a life that means something.
