This is absolutely ingenious! What model is this, and where can you find the plans?

Thanks! It is my own design. Actually, the mold was used before for the fuselage of a Focke-Wulf FW190.

I'm guessing a similar method can be used for other models - for example, the Spitfire?

Yes, I used the same method also for a Spitfire fuselage:

How do you get the nice curved leading edge on the wings with 2 sheets of foam, does it have a balsa leading edge?

Actually, when I remember corectly these wings in this case are made out of 1 piece of foamboard and a balsa stringer.
The foamboard gets a kink inside, then some tape for protection on the outside and then is bended over the edge of a table, over the stringer and finally fixated with a little epoxy.
Normally I use two sheets, but indeed I answered wrong in a previous comment

Great job with the fuselage. Are your wings two sheets of depron sanded to an airfoil?

Two sheets of depron, the lower one 6mm and the upper one 3mm. There's a balsa spar inside. The upper Depron sheet is bended a little around the spar to have an airfoil wing
