I have an idea! The Arcturi is friendly, the Devarite are evil, and the Anaerey are trying to stay neutral, with the Devarite attacking them. But a small group has become corrupted by the Corruption, and have turned traitorous and help the Devarite (the black and white will be reversed). And at the end, the Anearey join you, then there’s a war between you, Arcturi, Anaerey, vs Devarite, Dark Anearey, and Corruption.
I think you should build the world as follows: Military in the upper right corner, Peacefull aliens in the lower right corner, Aggressive aliens in the upper left corner, Neutral aliens in the lower left corner, And the zone of corruption in the middle.
I think the cool back story for the alien race's is the aneary race is very modern, love's technic; the devorite race is very aggressive and primitive; and the arctury race is fascinated in biology and its friendly for humans.
the Blue city you saw should be sectors there should be different areas that have a little city in that area and that they can be: lookout posts, Bases to monitor certain things or a command center that can access to certain monitors, scanners etc..
How about fr the alien races' we have their "technology" as the creations, and for the corruption we have the "creatures" themselves mutated, (and enlarged, cause the creations are pretty small) Color Palate using a both their base color and Black.
I think the story behind the Corruption should be that there was a horrific accident in a mine, and when they came back to clean up the rubble and search for survivors, they discovered that the Corruption had taken over the mine and the surrounding area.

I think the Anenary should be the "friendly" race while the Arcturi should be passive scientists. I say this because the Arcturi creations are very alien in design while the Anenary creations seem to have elements humans recognize like gravity rings, rotors, plus humans have built dominantly white spacecraft. The connection between the Arcturi and skeletons could be them unearthing fossils to study them.
I think you used the Beatle car wrong. when the wheels were up that was for flying. and when they were almost touching each other that was drive, because they won't break as easy
It seems that if there was a recent update, it broke some stuff. It broke a cpu I spent days on, but luckily, with the error codes and a short TH-cam video I found a fix for the bug.

Corruption's vehicles/buildings should have pretty much black vines around an amalgamation of all the faction's vehicles/buildings
