Now I ve built with forged rods, but haven't installed the same 8mm pump yet. So I am driving ~300hp and don't know how will it be once I install 8mm pump back

That vw one is thicker and it dont broke. Flame arrestor seal injector to prechamber and seal nozzletip so prechamber heat dont burn it, so it dont get so big heat force.

Cylinder head bolts are weak link too. Enough cylinder press and it start lift cylinderhead up and gasket start leak.

1000hp it's a lot of for the stock rods I think that you can have from 400 to 500 in stock rods with no problem what do you think ?

Hey Emil, looking to do the same setup with the S200 did you ran 7.7 element or 8 element? and was it on om605 or om606?

Those are arp copys, used in vw.
