I’ve heard this from the PSTG dudes and Spectrain Billy and it’s always cool to hear it in another person’s words. This exercise has helped me immensely and it’s something I hit pretty much every time I’m at the range or dry firing. Thanks for the great content!
Needed this, thanks for the content ! Working on translating dry fire to live fire without beating myself up in the process. Trying to stay positive in the learning process
I'm on PSTG too -> I tend to connect well you YOUR explanations. Well done Nick! 👍 I hope to get to a class with you and Joel at some point! 🙂 Come back to Texas!
Awesome video. I’ve been experimenting with this but still When you talk about tension in your firing hand, are you specifically meaning squeezing tension in your fingers and palm or wrist, elbow, and grip tension or all of it?
It looks like the tension in your firing hand wrist and entire hand is causing the bounce, kinda like a taught rope compared to a loose rope.. Am I understanding this??
So much great info condensed into 8 minutes is insane 👊🏻👊🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Outstanding explanation Nick. Thanks!
This is great training. Love this.
I'm trying to train this out... So difficult to eliminate the firing hand tension and still keep the rigid wrist
Great vid . Love to take a class soon
Nice tips. That you for sharing
