    HI! Thank you so much for these amazing exercises. I am so curious as to understand why, when I give myself a challenging workout, that when I step off and start walking I feel as though I weight 110 pounds. I feel "Light as a feather" and I am curious to understand why. This is the reason I love these machines so much.
