Absolutely I have a 40th anniversary Vintage Jazzmaster. The volume Was like a linear taper pot it was not gradual so I replaced it with a audio taper and now the tone is like all on or off. I replaced both pots with full size CTS and a .022 tone cap. I may now after watching your video i will probably put a linear taper back in the volume.
