An Architect's DREAM can be a Contractor's NIGHTMARE! This is going to be one impressive home. Your framing team has a skill level Way Beyond Your Years. This is one you can be PROUD OF. In 20 years you will look back and say "I BUILT THAT" 😊❤

A young man’s game but an old man’s business. Been at at over half a decade, am in my early 30’s, still feel like I have another severs decades of knowledge and technique to learn. When you stop listening and looking is when you stop learning!!

Look into classes you can take in school, and then try to find a company that will let you work with them during the summer!

Doing a very nice job running a crew, materials, watching the tight part of build being the roof sheeting now ? ( to me) and throwing on a belt & swinging a hammer ! Eat your wheats !

What a sloppy job, this guy, made a hole in that roof panel. I don't want him working for me.

$100 bucks says you couldn't find it from the ground

I bet that over the years, water would find it and drip in. @@MillennialCarpenter

@@AngelLuisTrinidad if water is getting to the sheathing, then there is bigger problems

    • @Coffmanconstruction

Do you know that per code a 1/8” gap is required along every edge of the roof sheets? That would certainly allow for water. But the point is for the sheets to hold up the roofing membrane and the roofing material, both of which can easily span a small divit like this
