I have Silent Hill 2, 3, 4, and Shattered Memories all on my original PS2 (not the slim) along with strategy guides for all of them. I think they did a tremendous job with the remake and glad other people who never played the originals can get introduced to this amazing series.

I beat first SH on my PSX three times to get the endings, and the SH 2 twice. For the time, those were very good games, way ahead of their time. I still remember being so freaked out about the zombie babies that unnerved me every time I was them. None of the others bugged me. Those zombie babies were too much.

The roy ally looked like it has a blue light filter over it, was washing out the white to such an extent that you cant even see the fog effect. Very poor but im sure konami will come up with an update in the near future.
This game couldn't of came out at a more perfect time as im going to Centralia Pennsylvania ( The ghost town which inspired silent hill ) tomorrow to explore whats left and the weather is calling for fog on top of everything

Ignore these people, buy what you want, it's your money. A PS5 is good, PC building is still a headache if you've never built one, and a pre built is more expensive than a PS5 slim digital edition.
It's not a glitch. All igpu have a problem with Unreal Engine 5. Steam deck not because of Vulkan. You must force direct x 11 and Vulkan mode on all 6800u or 7840u devices

PS5 is pretty much the only way to play this at a good framerate for cheap, Silent Hill 2 remake is pretty taxing
