Scattered heavy showers across much of the country this evening, with some blustery winds. Some strong gusts can be expected especially in Scotland, Northern Ireland, and northern areas of England and Wales where a yellow warning is in effect. Some showers may turn wintry over high ground as it will feel colder in the wind. Milder in the south. - This is the Met Office Weather forecast for the evening of 21/12/2024.
