Really love your tutorials. Easy to follow visually and your verbal directions are, unlike others I've come across, direct and without unnecessary chatter/fluff. You've a great voice and it often plays like a song in my head when I try practicing the moves. Thanks for your time and effort 😊
Hi, these are actually skateboard wheels- with a hybrid durometer 87A- which I had to modify a bit to make them fitting. For my goals and regarding the surface I skate most of my time, they are excellent though!
What are the stretches that you do for this routine? I find it difficult to move fluidly as you do with out routine stretching. How do you stretch tl muscle group? Thanks for the detailed video. I love the format
Hi Rob! Important part of my fitness routines are my weekly running sessions. That's when I do some modest stretching to maintain my natural flexibility. For the TFL muscle and IT band, there are a ton of videos on youtube which will point you in the right direction. For a good warming up of the hip rotators, this snippet gives you a good start: th-cam.com/video/hK0nVdJ_fDQ/w-d-xo.html . I will note down your question though and might do some snippets in the future touching on skate related stretches! Thank you for the inspiration and stay safe!
Hi Philip, thank you! Music in videos is quite an issue these days, as youtube and social media are tightening up their policies regarding copyright regulations. It sure is not a logical situation, but stil we ordinary folks have to deal with it.
