I am a toe walker. My right foot does not hurt but, after a short walk my foot starts to turn on the right I don't feel stable and I'm putting weight on my side foot like a club foot.

Hi. I didn’t expect any knee pain before surgery I was just expecting back pain with walking weird. It is pretty much cure after surgery it’s just long healing process. I still get Charlie horses I my left legs sometimes.
I also have a lot of knee pain and I'm hoping after my surgery it will get better. I am having the surgery on Friday and I'll let you know if my knee pain is better!
2 things is I have to have surgery to lengthen the Achilles an other tendon and move my heel bone on both of my feet also I have the same bed thing as u
Don’t be nervous it is worth it in the long run. I don’t have any tips on the surgery. Here a tip for after surgery I found it easier to sleep on my couch first couple night after surgery. And have a plan set up with a family member in the night if you need help. My recovery after surgery was great. I was just in a walking boot for awhile but I did also work in a kitchen. It is a pain to take showers
Hi ...is your ankle dorsiflexion working right after lengthening the tendon? I do have short Achilles tendon which affects my ankle that I am not able to move ankle upwards!

Vishal jain Vishal jain when i started working after the surgery the doctor gave me some restrictions for a couple month. My leg got tired but foot didn’t get tired . I couldn’t see your whole comment so i am not on the rest .

Yes I am able to move my dorsiflexion upwards towards my ankle. I the surgery really help me a lot.
Bro how much time, u took to fully recover from ur surgery, by fully i means back to complete normal
It took me about a year to get back to being perfect.
