I am a big saver, my partner is a big spender. But he is teaching me how to use money to "live a little" while I am teaching him the benefit of saving an amount each month for the future. That's not to say we disagree on some ways money is being spent, because we value different things, and that is OK. Learn to understand what your partner needs and show what you need to your partner. If you both can accept and try to learn a little from each other, I think you have a good financial future ahead :)

This is a topic not often discussed nearly enough. I really support these types of discussions and appreciate your thoughtful perspectives!

I am the spender. I'm glad my husband believed in me and stuck around after our first financial blowup.
He taught me finances and how to budget. We are now sort of on the same page 😉, own a home in CA, and are on our way to an okay retirement. LOL

Single here still, not rich but I’m wiggling. This is the content I like when I’m not burying my head in the more straight forward money making stuff. Thanks! Vivian my rich bff

Great points as usual, Vivian. I hope a lot of women are listening to you and acting on your information to save themselves future poverty, legal and family issues, and heartache. The time to talk about money topics is before you are legally tied. And shall we say anyone asking you for substantial amounts of money should be stopped in their tracks.

Excellent advice that people never use to think or talk about until something bad happens.

YEP, money is not talked enough and is what most couples/families fight about. My divorce and custody battles cost me $500K. The bastard was a con artist . Freedom and safety is a HIGH price to pay. My suggestion is DONT get married, unless theres a pre-up. If there's one thing guaranteed is that people are unpredictable. The isntittion of marriage is made to benefit MEN not women, when you are single we think as young ladies that marriage is GOAL in life, yet once in family court one really learns what marriage is about and ones rights. When you legally marry, you are also marrying the government, they have say on your finances and your children as well. So my advice is to protect yourself no matter female/male.

Also i think before you get married i think the couple should have a discussion about signing a prenuptial agreement(prenup). That way if the marriage goes south, the finances can be handled fairly for both parties

There are people that think financial secrets/cheating is as bad as physical cheating?! I’d love to hear the perspective of someone who agrees with that because I’m not totally getting it

Coffee and Bagel is just a regular dating APP. I left the APP because it was just another APP to attract inappropriate behavior not to be too explicit. I met 2 men and both wanted ….. this isn’t the way you describe in this video. I am shocked that you even recommend this dating APP as I got indecent proposals from both men. 👎👎👎

    • @donotreply8979

You probably had a trash profile. I met the compatible love of my life. Gross people exist everywhere and you get more when you don't properly screen with an effective profile. Don't blame the app.
