Maruti outlets/showrooms have created artificial shortage of cars. Maruti dealers insist that if one is prepared to buy Insurance for 55000/- (instead of 20000/-, buy Zero Dep/Extended warranty for 60000/- and buy costly and unwanted accessories, the waiting period can be waived, and car can be delivered in no time otherwise the waiting period may be extended by 5-6 months. DDS Ravi has himself highlighted this issue in this posts. I have also faced this situation. This issue should be highlighted with him the Executive Director Maruti. carrying sting operation on this issue will be of great use.

(3) issue public notice, every 6 th month that purchase of insurance, extended warranty and accessories from Maruti/Hyundai is not compulsary. It can be bought from any vendor. (4) issue WhatsApp number for making online complaints.
A Similar experience with Maruti was forced to take accessory kit and extended warranty. Here are my findings Low rear seat leg space stiff suspensions, air pressure on tires was 50 when delivered so it is important to get them checked build quality is ok . Sometimes rattling sound was present from seats but was fixed by a service centre AC is ok Looks stylish very silent engine Good ground clearance was charged 500 on the first (1000km)service for fuel pump cleaning didn't know if there was a need for that Sufficient power as generally 60 is the speed limit in Delhi Gears do get stuck Bonet is fully visible which helps a lot while driving

Yes, even in Bihar. No one force u otherwise they know Biharis will never buy and will happily use auto rickshaw and bikes. Its the problem of delhi NCR because of youtubers and young generation. Every youtuber buys a new car or a bike to show on their channels and then modifications and we all know the young generations of delhi ncr.

Same happened to me last week when I went to buy Brezza. The executive at 2 dealerships in separate cities told me that it has waiting of 5-6 months but when I told him I need to buy in a day or two, he asked me to book it and he will try to get it sooner for me. Next day both dealerships called and told me they have the Brezza available for purchase but it has accessories already fitted. I was surprised to see how they were trying to fool me.
I am using brezza from past 10 months. No issues expect low power at highways. No extra accessories demanded from showroom . It’s a perfect suv along with nexon .

There is no solution for these issues. Becoz people are crazy abt cars. At launch of new car u can see more than 50 thousand bookings take place. When dealership know how eager u are to buy, they will try to make profit out of ur eagerness. Better wait for ur delivery time. 😊

In summer i have seen that many time in my WagonR CNG The pressure though its seems to be good then also the CNG gas vary by 6.5-7 kg and in winter it goes to a maximum of 8-8.5 kg which is much higher than expected

The Dealers of Maruti, forcing the car buyers to buy Extended warranty, costly insurance (55000/- instead of 20000/-) and accessories can not exist without the knowledge of Maruti Suzuki administration. Now the solution - (A) After booking the car, mail your complaint to the Maruti chairman, every second day, asking him to communicate the expected date of delivery. (B) Inform Insurance regulatory body that despite the fact that a person can opt for insurance as per his choice, Maruti show room insists to buy the costliest insurance. (C) Maruti does not mention on their price list that Extended Warranty is optional and everybody is free to buy insurance from any company. (D) Request the Insurance Regulator to cancel the Insurance license of Maruti Suzuki for their malpractices. (E) Write to Industries Minister/Secretary to order an enquiry against Maruti Udyog and suspend their car making license till Maruti Udyog rectifies their malpractices. (F) Every show room should be under mandate that the optional nature of Maruti Extended Warranty and Insurance should be boldly mentioned on price list and at the entrance of the show room. (G) Online facility of checking the allotment of cars against booking should be mandatory and be under the control of the industries ministry. (G) Go for sting operation and post it on every channel. ....... I understand that my post will be brought in the knowledge of Sri Shashank Shrivastav, the dynamic Executive Director of Maruti Udyog, and he would do everything in his control to restore the faith of the buyers in Maruti. I booked too GV, the dealer told be no need to purchase any accessories if you are ok to wait for 4 months for delivery. And if early delivery is required purchase 20k worth accessory and get in 1 month, 30k accessory in 7-15 day. I am ok to wait for 4 months so I did not buy accessories. Its been 15 days now, I receive call from showroom that they will deliver my car by end of this month. So I think its ok as I did not buy any accessories. Please also note dealers earn max in accessories as margin is less of vehicles.

Owner is Right on his place ...I also booked Maruti Brezza ZXI+ in March '23..they were also forced me to take accessories,but I cleared denied to sign on paper ...then they told me I need to wait atleast 6 months...I gave them 7 months to take delivery instead of 6 😂😂...after 2 months I got call from dealership to take delivery but I denied and told them that I will take this car after 4 months😂...now every week they are calling me 😂😂😂
I worked with maruti Suzuki showroom as sales executive & I can understand what he is talking about. Everywhere the scenario is the same regarding accecories. But believe me the pressure of selling accecories is more than selling vehicle. Executive are pressurized to sell accecories otherwise they won't get actual incentives. Hence the fault is of the showroom who pressurize their executives to sell accecories & extended warranty.

I took delivery of brezza zxi+ in march from chandigarh Navdesh auto . They deliver within 20 days as I argue that need bit urgently. Good part is they didn’t even force me for buying singal accessories. But I bought accessories of 15k as per my requirements. Very nice experience 😀

So mere 13000 k 9 months run me normally tank to tank 18 se zada mileage mil jaati hai plain highway par & local 14-15 easily de rahi hai✌️✌️

In EV, it's the exact opposite.
They range drops considerably in subzero temps, but also, higher temp may cause fire hazards.

My GV CNG delivers 26+ in full cylinder on highway with smooth rpm between RPM 1.2 to 2.00. Car runs between 75 to 85 KMP speed.

Now the solution - (A) After booking the car, mail your complaint to the Maruti chairman, every second day, asking him to communicate the expected date of delivery. (B) Inform Insurance regulatory body that despite the fact that a person can opt for insurance as per his choice, Maruti show room insists to buy the costliest insurance. (C) Maruti does not mention on their price list that Extended Warranty is optional and everybody is free to buy insurance from any company. (D) Request the Insurance Regulator to cancel the Insurance license of Maruti Suzuki for their malpractices. (E) Write to Industries Minister/Secretary to order an enquiry against Maruti Udyog and suspend their car making license till Maruti Udyog rectifies their malpractices. (F) Every show room should be under mandate that the optional nature of Maruti Extended Warranty and Insurance should be boldly mentioned on price list and at the entrance of the show room. (G) Online facility of checking the allotment of cars against booking should be mandatory and be under the control of the industries ministry. (G) Go for sting operation and post it on every channel. ....... I understand that my post will be brought in the knowledge of Sri Shashank Shrivastav, the dynamic Executive Director of Maruti Udyog, and he would do everything in his control to restore the faith of the buyers in Maruti. If thigs do not improve fast, Nexon and Altroz will become the first choice of the buyers.

I booked too GV, the dealer told be no need to purchase any accessories if you are ok to wait for 4 months for delivery. And if early delivery is required purchase 20k worth accessory and get in 1 month, 30k accessory in 7-15 day. I am ok to wait for 4 months so I did not buy accessories. Its been 15 days now, I receive call from showroom that they will deliver my car by end of this month. So I think its ok as I did not buy any accessories. Please also note dealers earn max in accessories as margin is less of vehicles.

Owner is Right on his place ...I also booked Maruti Brezza ZXI+ in March '23..they were also forced me to take accessories,but I cleared denied to sign on paper ...then they told me I need to wait atleast 6 months...I gave them 7 months to take delivery instead of 6 😂😂...after 2 months I got call from dealership to take delivery but I denied and told them that I will take this car after 4 months😂...now every week they are calling me 😂😂😂

I worked with maruti Suzuki showroom as sales executive & I can understand what he is talking about. Everywhere the scenario is the same regarding accecories. But believe me the pressure of selling accecories is more than selling vehicle. Executive are pressurized to sell accecories otherwise they won't get actual incentives. Hence the fault is of the showroom who pressurize their executives to sell accecories & extended warranty.

I took delivery of brezza zxi+ in march from chandigarh Navdesh auto . They deliver within 20 days as I argue that need bit urgently. Good part is they didn’t even force me for buying singal accessories. But I bought accessories of 15k as per my requirements. Very nice experience 😀
Mera cousin army me h. 40 din ke holiday pe ghar aaya tha. Brezza lxi lene ke chakkar poore 40 din nikal gye bechare ke or gaadi mili bhi nahi. 70-80 hjar ki accessory ke sath lene ko bhi ready tha fir bhi nahi mili.
If you visit tier 2-3 cities showrooms of maruti or Hyundai car is available with in 20 days and without any accessories as a compulsion
