Hello :) Im tracking LEAD event with FB CAPI. I stopped used Pixel for CAPI. Why should I send also leads using the pixel? I'm not understanding the point of it. I understand that in the browser we have limitations and that's why we use the server (at least one of the reasons). But the opposite is not true, for leads. I have all the data I need in the server. I dont understand why should I send also from the browser. Thank you :)

Hi, Can you tell me why inside the business manager if I go to evanti, from Pixel / API conversions I get more sales than the measurement of aggregate events? do sales from Pixel / api come only from FB / IG ads? or do they also come from google or other channels. Thank you
Reports under Events Manager will show all events that were captured, regardless o their connection to ads. Ads Reports will show only events related to your ads. Aggregated Events Measurement will report only the top events related to ads fired by iOS14.5+ opted out users, but expect some delay there.
Regarding the Aggregated Event Measurement, you said that only 8 events can be measured, but that only the top one will report to Facebook. Does this mean that you can actually only have 1 event report to FB, even though there are 8 slots? If so, what is the point of FB having 8 event spots if it ignores the other 7 events? Also, regarding Facebook missing events, I understand events will only be registered if the traffic comes from a FB ad, but doesn't this only apply for the ads reporting page only? Because for an event I'm trying to track, it shows no conversions in my ads report page, but if I go to the Custom Events page and view the details for my conversion event, it does show page views to my thank-you page. It's showing incomplete data compared to GA data, but I thought that was due to the CAPI not being set up yet. I thought it would show all page views in this view, regardless of the source, but in the reporting page it would only show conversions attributed to the ad. Is that correct? Thanks!

As an example mine is around 4.6 for a conversion after an application form has been submitted that contains name, phone and email - how do I ensure that data is sent when the form is completed or is that automatically done with PixelYourSite plugin. For this kind of situations where forms are used, make sure you enable Automatic Advanced Matching inside Facebook Pixel Settings. This won't have an impact on your CAPI score. However, it will improve the way browser events work and browser events are still the main source of data.
