Hi Ryan, Good question, I mostly hear them referred to as synthetic fibers or reinforcing fibers in catalogs and literature, but I'm sure there is a more specific name that maybe a packaging manufacturer or wholesaler would know if any could chime in in the comments.
If I had to guess my assumption would be no, however I have not tried it so I can't say for sure. If you try it be sure to let us know I'm curious. Thanks for watching!
Not sure if there's a type of thermal printer I am not aware of, but usually thermal printers would need special thermal paper, designed to darken when heated.
3:40 "I cant peel it up. No matter how hard I try" he says as he's unpeeling it easily 👀
Still a lot of useful information in the video tho
Maybe the coolest part is how that machine dispenses a precise amount very quickly.
Have you ever seen gum tape in the size of a piece of paper? I don’t know if it exists and I hope it does as I need it for a project
Mine peeled off. What is the best brand for tamper proof paper tape? Thanks
Nice vid bro 💯👌
Thank you

@@ShipmateFulfillment oh boy it's gonna take a bit for someone to chime in....
Plastic. If you're looking for something eco-friendly you want to stick with plain.
I just found out, it's fiberglass!
@@kevinsweeney562 So any reinforced, gummed tape is not eco-friendly?
so this won't stick well on tarpaulin?

Can you list the brand of tape and the tape dispenser?
That machine is a Better Packages 555 unit. If you're not doing super high volume, I'd recommend the non electric Better Packages 333 instead.
Would I possibly be able to print my logo on this tape with my thermal printer? Obviously before I apply any water to activate it.

Im a little late but no. Not with a thermal printer.
