Seems like such an obvious tip/ idea, but I have never thought of putting together "recipes" for dried or fresh bouquets. I'm so glad you said that word out loud! I'm getting my notebook out and jotting down some recipe ideas right now, and that'll actually help me to better plan what I grow. Im a fairly simple gal, I see beautiful flowers on seed packets and I grow them- this whole recipe idea will help me to be more intentional when choosing! Thank you!
Happy that you enjoyed the video. Yes, recipes are key. That is how we plan what we grow in the field. That way you make sure you have enough of what you need. Happy planning and growing.
So beautiful! These are my dreams right here! Im super excited to take what I'm learning from you here and try it out this year!! How long do you say dried flowers like this last? Thank you so much for sharing so much great info!!!!
Ohhh please tell me how you dry your amaranth and keep it stiff, I’ve tried many times and it’s floppy. Any advice would be gratefully received 😊 Vanessa, in the uk
So appreciate this informative video full of ideas of flowers to dry and great tips! Do you keep the dried flowers hanging until you’re ready to use them in these beautiful bouquets? Or do you store them elsewhere once they have dried? Thanks so much for all the great info!
Are you dry flower seller ? I'm from Bangladesh. I need to dry flower. Would you sell dried flowers? How can I buy dry flowers from you? Please inform with price
I am not a fan of plastic either but it protects the bouquets during shipment. We have tried it both ways. Without the protective plastic covering dried flowers will shatter during the shipping process. There is always a trade off. In this case, you can mark a package as fragile and it is mostly ignored by UPS or USPS. Plastic wrap is product protection. Customers do not want to pay for shattered bouquets. For local pickup there is no plastic wrapping.
❤just wow. Never seen such a beautiful bouquet of dried flowers! 🌼
🇨🇦 your bouquets are beautiful

I hang it upside down to air dry in our drying room. It will have a little drooping once it is in the bouquet.
@@1818Farms thanks folks, all the way from Spondon, Derby, in the UK 😊

We leave some handing but many are stored in plastic bins. You need to make sure they are fully dried before you put them in the bin.
Can you please give me a list of all the flowers that you used in that video?
It’s been a while since I made the video. I can’t remember the exact varieties. We dry pretty much everything that we grow.
❤❤❤❤🎉😊

🇨🇦 The bouquet I bought was wrapped in butcher paper. I thought that was a nice touch instead of plastic
