As some one, who just went to court in Los Angeles County Court System for a small claims law suit I filed as the plantiff, against my HOA and Property manager for breach of fiduciary responsibility ie, failure to fix massive flooding due to a in-wall drain pipe being broken. It took them one year to fix the plumbing causing me to lose a tenant who had a year lease, who moved out because they did not fix my issue with the plumbing. I sued for loss of income 9,000 dollars.
