- [[Zach's Notes: This is our first review. We'll be doing more later on in the future but probably switch to a different editing software to prevent rendering issues and errors. Honestly i didn't like how this initially came out. When we announced this the review wasn't completed, so it took a long time to gather all the information, rerecord the review after 15 attempts, and deal with Windows Movie Makers constant issues which put a lot of stress on me because i had to quickly make it before the due date. Originally we were supposed to have guess stars say their opinions but since i was running out of time i had to abandon the idea. What i hated most about this was how much Alex and i kept getting sidetracked and how we were stuttering. I decided to upload it anyways because i didn't want to explain why we cancelled it in a 30 minute video. Anyways, we'll try and make it around 5-7 minutes next time. The reason why it took 30 minutes was because we were talking about 3 different types of CNG Next Gens within NICE bus.]]

It’s because NICE bus do not have proper maintenance. MTA should take over. MTA should be in Long Island too. It’s ridiculous.

If you regularly ride these, you're guaranteed a break down once a week. They look good from the outside in my opinion but that's about it.
I disagree with you on the sound and the way they look, they sound awesome and they look cool as them being orion.

This is why I like the NG Hybrids a lot. When NICE rolled in, these buses became DOG ASS!

While they may be poorly maintained and dirty, they have a lot of power. I simply can't get over the torque the Cummins ISL-G puts out. And the transmission sounds 👌
You know why it's terrible because Nice took the order that Mta was ordering. Nice takes cares of it buses ha no way he treat there bitches like they were shit. While Mta takes good care of them and if Mta had them it would SHOULD SO GOOD THEN NICE
A: HELL NO. Bubbled seats are very unnecessary. I think Orion should’ve done the seating the same way they did for the MTA in the city.

2015-2016 XN40s use the Cummins ISL G
2020-2021 XN40s use the L9N

Cummins isl g engines are good, however the maintenance are not good, which causes the engine to backfire differently

The orion VII Next-Gens where suppose to when went to MTA But MTA did'nt want them !! And then long Island Bus had gotten them. This is what I was told be alot of peolpe who I know who work MTA. Are'nt that bad. But the seat 💺in back are A pain to sit in that high is a pain . Dang !!!

The Orion VII Next Gens CNG was the 1st MTA Long Island Bus. But. MTA Long Island Bus was better than Nassau Inter County Express Bus. Nassau Inter County Express Bus sucks. Orion VII Next Gens CNG/HEV and Orion VII 3rd Gens CNG/HEV sucks. I hate the Orion VII Next Gens CNG/HEV and the Orion VII 3rd Gens CNG/HEV. Lol. But I like the New Flyer Xcelsiors XN40 and XN60.
