I upgraded my Choice fare on the same route to Business by submitting a bid for $115, $5 more than the minimum and was accepted. Plus I got auto assigned 1F. I also received lounge access. Considering the length of the flight I think it was worth it, at double the cost of Economy X. Like you, my flight was also delayed around half an hour. I paid a total of $191 plus $115 = $306 one way in Business BNE-MEL. Thanks for the review.

I preferred the small dividers they had for business class pre bankruptcy.
Yeah, I'm not sure why they don't have that. The Max 8 doesn't have a divider either
With economy x do you access the lounge?
Economy X doesn't include lounge access. To use the lounge, you'd need a separate membership or qualifying status.
